Biannual Outreach Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the hello, Goodbuy biannual outreach program. The resale store, hello, Goodbuy, is dedicated to assist non-profit and civic organizations whose missions are to serve God’s people in need, regardless of race, religion, and background. Our goal is to help fund meaningful outreach efforts that are touching and changing lives within our community in Glynn County by providing financial assistance where needed most.

All applications for the Biannual Distribution Cycle are due on April 1st & October 1st. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Applications for a single organization can only be approved once in a 12 month cycle.

*Please Note that applications must go through multiple channels for approval through the Board of Advisers & ultimately the St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Vestry. Because of this it will take up to two months to be notified if your application was approved/denied*

1. I am an authorized representative of the organization and I am NOT a “hello Goodbuy®” board member or staff.
2. All the above information provided is true and accurate.
3. I acknowledge that there is no guarantee of approval for the distribution requested.
4. The organization will confirm follow-up use of funds within 60 days.
5. During the execution of the project, all social and print media will recognize hello Goodbuy funding.
6. Any changes made to the funding for the approved project shall be submitted to hello Goodbuy for review.
7. Will keep hello, Goodbuy appraised of any changes to the approved project.
8. If the distribution is approved, a project completion report with pictures and a detailed summary of how monies were applied must be submitted to hello Goodbuy..
