At Hello Goodbuy, we believe that the things we donate, purchase, and give can make a meaningful difference right here in our community.
Through our Voucher Partnership Program, we work alongside local nonprofit organizations to help provide individuals and families in need with access to clothing, household items, and other necessities. It is a simple partnership that turns everyday generosity into tangible support for our neighbors.
How Our Voucher Program Works
1. You Donate
When you donate your gently used items to Hello Goodbuy, you have the opportunity to choose a participating nonprofit organization to support.
2. Your Donation Supports a Local Organization
Donations made on behalf of a participating organization are tracked and tallied. Those donations are then converted into store credit for that nonprofit organization.
3. The Organization Helps Someone in Need
Our nonprofit partners use their store credit to provide vouchers to eligible members of the community who reach out to them for assistance.
4. A Neighbor Gets to Shop
The voucher recipient can bring their voucher to Hello Goodbuy and shop for the items they need most. Whether that means clothing, household goods, or another available item, they are able to choose what works best for their individual needs.

Our Voucher Partnership Program is designed to help connect members of our community with the items they need. Our participating organizations are able to provide vouchers to eligible individuals and families using the store credit they have earned through donations made on their behalf.
If you are in need, please reach out directly to one of the organizations listed below to ask about their voucher program and whether you may be eligible for assistance. Each organization determines its own eligibility requirements and voucher availability.
